Youth Boot Camps in Bellingham WA
Developing proper fitness and nutrition habits in our youth is just as important as teaching good study habits. Just as we want our kids to do well in school, we want them to do well in life. In this life, they get one body and need to learn to take care of it.
Lex Bannister’s Youth Boot Camps* are geared toward younger athletes and clients as well. Focusing on health and athletic development for all ages, this exercise bootcamp is ideal for instilling early fitness habits that our children will take into adulthood.
As a young boy growing up without the benefit of modern athletic equipment and training, former Seattle Seahawk and Pro-Bowler Alex Bannister (Lex for short) used his resources and ingenuity to develop his strength and athletic ability. He teaches these basic techniques to his own son, Lex Jr., and incorporates them into Sweat Camp.
It doesn’t matter if you’re raising a future star athlete with natural ability or you just want to prevent childhood obesity, Lex Bannister’s Sweat Camp will help your children get and stay in shape.
All that’s required is your commitment to give 100% effort for 50 minutes 3-4 days a week. If you can do that, along with following the nutrition habits recommended by Lex, there is NO way you won’t see results. All you have to do is show up, Lex will do the rest.
* All Fitness Bootcamps and Sweat Camps are coed, and multi generational. In other words, your workout partner could be a man or women of any age.
