What to Expect

Come ready to Sweat. Sweat Camp is appropriately named, so dress appropriately (athletic shoes and attire) for working out. We suggest that you eat a small meal 45 minutes to an hour before you come to class. This will provide you the necessary energy to give it your all for 50 minutes.

You will want to bring:

  • a bottle of water
  • a towel
  • a sweatshirt (for specific exercises we go outside)
  • a signed waiver form,click here to download.

If you have any questions about what to expect on your first day of boot camp, please contact us. It is important to note that there is no experience necessary to participate in a Lex Bannister Sweat Camp.
