If you said yes to any of these questions, Lex Bannister Fitness has the Ultimate Body Boot Camp program for you. Through innovative exercises, you will build strength and endurance for improved performance in your sport.

We focus on training both slow twitch and fast twitch muscle fibers through various aerobic/anaerobic training methods. This includes interval, change of direction, agility, plyometric, core, body weight, kickboxing, and resistance training. This is NOT your typical fitness boot camp… that’s why we call it Sweat Camp. This program is designed for an athlete, by an athlete. Classes are conducted by former Pro-Bowler and Seattle Seahawk, Alex Bannister or Lex for short.
