Sweat Camp

Sweat Camp is a 50-minute professional bootcamp that focuses on cross-training, pylometrics, isometrics, calisthenics, kickboxing, and abdominal exercises – wrapped up in 6 weeks of sweat and burn.

When you participate in our bootcamp fitness classes, you can pick one of the six time slots throughout the day that best fits your personal schedule. Classes are a mix of men and women, athletes and amateurs, and are also appropriate for youth.

You have the option of attending 3-4 days per week for a 6 week-session. Unlike most bootcamps, with Sweat Camp you are not locked into attending a specific class at one time of day. If the 5:30am class works for you one day but not the next, you have the flexibility to move from one class to another.

So with the scheduling issue out of the way, no more excuses.

Bootcamp Session Starting March 1, 2010- Package A - $200

  • Three Sessions per Week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
  • Choose from any time slot (5:30AM, 6:30AM, 9:30AM, 12:00PM, 5:00PM, or 6:00PM)

Bootcamp Session Starting March 1, 2010- Package B - $250

  • 4 Sessions per Week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday*)
  • Choose from any time slot (5:30AM, 6:30AM, 9:30AM, 12:00PM*, 5:00PM*, or 6:00PM*)
    * Friday Sessions are only available at 5:30AM, 6:30AM and 9:30 AM..
