Sweat Camps with the Pros

If there is a current Sweat Camp in session started ( View the calendar for full details) we do offer pro rated amounts for sessions that are already in progress. Contact our office for prorated amounts (360) 747-3837. If you'd like to drop in for one class, the drop in rate is $15 per class.

Our next session starts on January 2nd, Please register as soon as possible for the upcoming session as we do sell out.

Unlike most Boot Camps/Sweat Camps, you are not locked into attending one time. If the 5:30am class works for you one day but not the next, you have the flexibility to move from one class to another. To sign up, please use the links below. Click here for a session calendar

Package A - 6 Week Session - $200

  • Three Sessions per Week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
  • Choose from any time slot (5:30AM, 6:30AM, 9:30AM, 12:00PM, 5:00PM, or 6:00PM)
 
Package B - 6 Week Session - $250
  • Four sessions per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday*)
  • Choose from any time slot (5:30AM, 6:30AM, 9:30AM, 12:00PM*, 5:00PM*, or 6:00PM*)
*Friday Sessions are only available at 5:30AM, 6:30AM and 9:30AM.
