Not sure where to start, what to do, or what will work for you? No problem. Lex Bannister’s Sweat Camp isn’t about resolutions, fad diets or specialized equipment. It’s about customizing a fitness and nutrition program specifically for your body type and goals that are sustainable long-term. Whether your desire is to lose body fat, get lean, gain strength/endurance, lower your blood pressure or train for an athletic event, this life-changing journey will get in the best shape of your life. Your dedication will keep you there.

The exercise bootcamp isn’t your typical workout for girls. It’s a lifestyle change that incorporates an overall body-sculpting and nutrition program designed to get you in your best shape as quickly as possible in a healthy manner. Be prepared to do body weight, plyometric, cardio, core, resistance and kickboxing training.

Classes are led by former Pro-Bowler and Seattle Seahawk Alex Bannister – Lex for short. Through his expertise, you’ll learn innovative exercises and training techniques that can be utilized long after you’ve completed the course. The workouts are focused on building strength and muscle to tone and shape without getting that “bulky” or “manly” look.

All that’s required is your commitment to give 100% effort for 50 minutes 3-4 days a week. If you can do that, along with following the nutrition habits recommended by Lex, there is NO way you won’t see results. All you have to do is show up, Lex will do the rest.
