As a professional athlete and certified personal trainer, Lex knows how to develop a workout and nutrition program customized for each client. Sweat camps are designed to gain maximum results in a short amount of time, while training the participants to develop exercise and nutrition habits to maintain results long-term.

Sweat camp incorporates body weight, plyometric, cardio, core, resistance and kickboxing training. Accompanied by a customized supplement and nutrition plan, Lex Bannister’s fitness bootcamp program provides an overall lifestyle change for long-term health and wellness.
